Build report with existing customers for up-sell & cross-sell,

To ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines are properly understood and
implemented in true spirit,
To continuously monitor the market trend & competition to achieve corporate targets,
Develop and implement business plan for target achievement,
Design personal sales strategy for each product,
Develop segmented customer approach,
Plan and coordinate field demos for the products in various areas,
Meets existing and new customer on regular basis for understanding the needs and offering
the most viable solution for the same,
Handling third party products,
Ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance
with strong communication and relationship management skills,
Achieve Direct Sales targets with required productivity in liability and cross sell products.
Skills Required: Graduation not compulsary, 12 th not cleared, will also do.
