· Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirement in detail via Phone
· Fix up an Face to Face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and To advise suitable options
· Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls,chat and emails
· Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting
· Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features,Specifications,Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit
· Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration
· Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects,industry developments,schemes,govt.subsidies,housing loan benefits for home buyers
· Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats
· Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organisation policies religiously
· Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
· Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
