Preferably a Lady, around 38-40 yrs of age with Sales background who shall be responsible for heading Secondary Sales unit and working closely with the sales team to manage relationships with clients. Candidates with entrepreneurial experience will be an added advantage. Manage and generate sales through referral sales, website sales and through students and parents. Engaging with Network partners and Community partners of the company. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Set individual sales targets with sales team.
