-Responsible for achieving agreed/budgeted sales targets, growth & productivity of region.
-Develop robust monthly sales plan, implement all planned activities
-Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes, maintain adequate inventories at distributor level, timely placing of orders to CFA, following credit limits and timely payments
-Coordinate recruitment, selection and induction and training of TM/TE.
-Joint field work with all his team members every month as per travel plan.
-Regular market surveys, customer profiling and developing effective customers data base.
-Supervision, control of TM/TE field efforts
-Develop KOL/Customers activities plan and execution. Grow relations with 'A' class customers and convert them to business through regular field efforts.
-Develop effective CRM strategies, plan including CMEs, camps or other such activities and ensure cost effective implementation.
-Monitor field reporting and ensure complete discipline
-Should be working as an Area Manager or have managerial exposure of handling a team of 4-5 MR (minimum)

Experience - Having 6-10 years of experience in hardcore pharma sales with reputed organizations(preferably from Ophthalmology -Eye Care Division)
