The Regional
Sales Manager would be responsible for channel sales in the allotted area
for our brand of premium plastic household products (Brand name: Gluman).

Managing primary and
secondary sales in entire allotted area with the help of Sales Executives.
3.
Meeting existing
dealers / distributors on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
4.
To achieve brand wise
and SKU wise secondary and primary sales targets.
5.
Review the working
efficiency of distributors on weekly basis and monthly.
6.
Maintaining
relationship with the existing / new dealers.
7.
Distributor Handling
and appointment of new distributors.
8.
Taking care of
retailer and consumer complaints.
9.
Responsible for
customer co -ordination for execution of customers orders, Customer
relationship management showing new ranges.
10.
Maintain and develop
good business relationship with the key accounts and also with the
distributors.
11.
Ensure that all the
orders procured are supplied on time.
12.
Responsible for
training sales team and distributor staff for better knowledge of product and
market
13.
Responsible for
handling Rs. 5 Cr & above of worth of sales.
14.
Handling a Sales team
of 4-5 executives under him.
Desired:
1.
Must have experience
in plastic house hold products in channel sales /open trade.
2.
Should have command on
computer
