Roles & Resonsiblities:
Should be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for professionals across all levels for IT and non-IT resources.
Sourcing and screening resumes, telephonic screening/contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation packages, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company/ clients.
Sourcing through multiple channels - Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
Client interaction and coordinating as and when required.
Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.
Should have excellent communication skill
Proactive
Willingness to shoulder higher responsibilities.
