Job Eligibility Criteria: -

•             3+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.

•             Minimum qualification- Completed any Graduation required.

•             Age between 24 to 45 Years.

•             Lived in Current location minimum for 4 Years

Roles & Responsibility:

       •      To hire and Trained the Advisor for business generation / leads / closing

       •      To meet the 05 to 06 client for insurance policy sales

       •      Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings arrange camps

       •      Reports writing providing feedback to head of department

• Managing product mix, persistency.
• Managing accurate maintenance & updating database.
• Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
