Responsibilities include the full life cycle of Recruitment process. Looking after the PAN India Engineering recruitment Responsible for end to end recruitment. Sourcing & screening of Candidates from portals. Understand clients hiring requirements thoroughly. Conduct Secondary Research Source relevant candidates using databases, headhunting, references, ads. Screen, shortlist and telephonically interview relevant candidates. Interview scheduling, following up with candidate till joining. Build and maintain databank of professionals according to skill sets. NOTE : This is a contractual job for 1 year with rotational shifts.
