ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting passive candidates using a range of skills including but not limited to - networking, headhunting, name gathering and building complex internet search strings to harness untapped talent.
Recruiting active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, social networking sites and job boards.
Selling the organization, the role and promoting you in the market place to prospective candidates.
Evaluate profiles of potential candidates, ensuring that they meet strict hiring requirements.
Understanding the job market, job responsibilities, professional competencies and transferable skills when matching candidates with relevant opportunities.
Working closely with the recruiters to source and deliver the best candidates available at various levels across multiple business lines quickly in highly competitive markets.
Time management is key to ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met alongside excellent customer service.
Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process smoothly.
Proactively researching and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Building relationships in the marketplace and establishing a pipeline of potential future candidates
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 1-3 years of high volume recruiting experience in agency or in-house
Ability to learn and navigate Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools quickly and possess strong working knowledge of recruiting applications.
Expertise in Boolean search strings
Experience of in depth Internet and database searches
Excellent communication skills, organizational and time-management skills
