Job Description
1. Answering to calls. 2. Communicating the message to the concerned. 3. Greeting the guests. 4. Direct persons to the correct destination. 5. Deal with enquiries from the public and customers. 6. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organisation. 7. General Administrative and clerical support. 8. Tidy and maintenance in the reception area. 9. Conference Room / Meeting Rooms and other bookings and confirming the same. 10. Ensuring tea/coffee and refreshment arrangements in the conference/ meeting rooms as and when required. 11. Ensuring cleanliness of conference room / meeting room before the next meeting. 12. Interact with EPABX service providers for extension configuration. 13. Maintaining extension list of the board. 14. Maintain data and files on addition / deletion / changes of telephone nos. 15. Arranging bouquets/ refreshments as and when required.
