Job Description :
Responsibilities Assumed:
• Managing office guests
• Receiving and managing telephone calls
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis
• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
• Coordinating and organising meetings
• Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
• Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
• Assisting HR in organising internal events
• Any other task assigned by Senior Management
• Provide any other office support servicesPrerequisites:
• Good planning and organising skills
• Professional personal presentation
• A well-groomed appearance
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Reliability and stability
• Information management
• Command over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
