Job Description:
Interpreting customer concerns and needs, allocating work and utilising capacity planning
/ appointment system.
Managing service loan car fleet.
Building rapport and establishing new customer relationships as well as retaining
existing.
Tracking vehicle through the workshop, coordinating with workshop control & workshop
supervisor.
Reviewing customer feedback and full responsibility for customer complaint resolution.
Liaising with customers about any additional work required and estimating time and costs
associated with repairs.
Maintaining a professional, clean & tidy reception / customer parking areas at all times.
