Job Description:
Prepare consignments by checking quality, quantity and delivering time, ensuring that there is no damage and making sure that they are labeled properly.
Segregate and take copies of all shipping documents received on daily basis
Create inbound delivery and print all documents required by customs
Deliver the original documents to freight sections and copies to related departments
Initiate and follow up the shortage and damage claims with ACE
Follow up the fix assets receiving with warehouse.
Should have good time Management , Teamwork , Stress Tolerance , Relationship Building , Problem Solving , Negotiation , Creativity and Innovation , Attention to Detail , Coordination, logistic Knowledge .
