Responsibilities:
·
You would have to assist in admin facilitieslike taking
care of housekeeping and maintain cleanliness as well as day to day operations.
·
You would have to maintain the attendance
register, appointments
register etc.
·
You would be expected to carry excellent e-mail,
written and verbal communication skills along with Equally sound interpersonal
skills.
·
Also , to ensure efficient response to customer complaints and inquiries
in a courteous and efficient manner.
·
You would have to co-ordinate with other staff
members and work as a team.
·
You would also have to keep record of important
letters, invitations, dates of meetings and shall intimate/follow up with the
officials.
·
You would have to co-ordinate for smooth
functioning of work related to the office.
·
You would have to take care of reception and routines work like
inward/outward dispatches.
·
You would have to co-ordinate with HO and all other sites.
·
You would have to attend telephone calls and note the messages for
officials working with company and convey the messages to the same.
·
You would be proficient in Tamil, English Languages.
