Objective:To generate agency fee revenues by actively seeking sales and leasing business within the Real Estate market in Dubai. The broker will ideally be the bridge between a property owner and buyer, enabling them to close property deals efficiently and increasing ROI for all parties to the transaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
• To promote and sell investment opportunities in the realty business segment within Dubai
• To Rent / lease properties or manage rental properties.
• To promote, sell, or lease commercial and industrial properties.
• Develop a database of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Develop a database of prospective buyers / investors for the various product segments within realty business
• Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer
• Appraise property values, assessing income potential when relevant.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
• To convince the clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings
• Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale with real estate firms.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
