Job Title : Math Faculty

1. Primary Purpose: The role holder is responsible for teaching courses that he/she is certified
for demonstrating The Princeton Review pedagogy and generating excellent Word of Mouth
sales.
2. Major accountabilities of position
a) Helps students achieve success on standardised tests by
a. Teaching courses as per TPR pedagogy.
b. Using appropriate tools to aid effective in class delivery.
c. Following the schedule for the course and batch and the SOP for academics.
d. Making effective use of assessment tools.
e. Customizing teaching to satisfy needs of students in terms of pacing and quality of material.
f. Mentoring students to plan and execute plan effectively.
g. Constantly updating oneself on current trends for each test in order to guide students.
b) Establishes relationships with clients to provide high quality customer service by
a. Establishing a good rapport with students inside and outside class.
b. Making the class engaging so that learning becomes fun.
c. Being punctual for each session.
d. Giving timely feedback for homework and tests.
e. Being available to students for extra help outside class hours.
f. Consistently adapting teaching and delivery style to meet students’ needs.
c) Contributes to revenue generation by
a. Taking second level counselling.
b. Taking Strategy sessions or demo classes.
c. Taking seminars at various institutions.
d) Contributes to team development by
a. Maintaining accurate attendance and score reports for all batches and tutorings.
b. Tracking scores of all students who have completed batches.
c. Grading essays on Live Grader.
d. Upgrading himself/herself constantly and sharing knowledge with team.
3. Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
a) Reports to the Operations Manager of the city.
b) Interfaces with sales staff at centers for batch related documents and student information.Manya Education Pvt. Ltd..
