• PRE CONTRACT STAGE
o Monitor the collection of Tender Documents.
o Compilation of Tender Documentation including liaison with various departments for necessary tender submissions.
o Call for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Preparation of costing, analyses, discuss and subsequent finalizing of tender price with project Manager.
o Prepare and submit tenders.
• POST CONTRACT STAGE
o For successful tenders, to arrange collection of Letter of Award.
o Discuss and brief Project Manager on all relevant matters of the project.
o Ensure compliance with contractual requirement of the project.
o Ensure project code is assigned.
o Finalisation of scope of work for suppliers / sub-contractors for the project.
o Preparation of project budget.
o All necessary liaison works with the client / consultant.
o All related Contract Administration works.
o Finalisation of accounts with client / consultant.
o Finalisation of accounts with suppliers / sub-contractors.
