Quality Deputy Manager - Aeronautical

Quality system :
Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with Quality System of France.
Deploy quality standards for long term and capability to respond to international requirement in the Aeronautical sector.
Realise a monitoring regulations and continuously improve the Quality system in relation with the evolution of the unit and customer requirements.
Product Quality :
Guarantee the quality standards required by the customer.
Respect the quality standards and respond to the international requirements in the aeronautical sector.
Guarantee the release of the final product lots.
Responsible for the incoming inspection of the components.
Guarantee the configuration management of the products.
Guarantee the good conditioning of the final product and the documents necessary for the expedition.
Continuous Improvements :
Promote continuous improvement and realise the associated action plans.
Carry out and follow the tools to manage the performance and improvement of the company (KPI).
Prepare Continuous Improvement projects of Quality, 5S, Kaizen in the company.
Deploy the approach for the project management and problem solving (PDCA).
Quality Management :
Be the quality representative for the customers (Customer audits, Non conformities).
Guarantee the adequacy of customer requirements in terms of specification and standards in vigour.
Guarantee his action in association with the internal services (Design, Manufacturing, Purchase, and Supply Chain) in maintaining the quality and improvement of efficiency of the site.
Be driver for the cost reduction, quality and reduction of non conformities (PPM internal and customer).
Education :
B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering
Professional experiences :
8-10 years experience in Quality Assurance Management & Product Quality Assurance in an Electrical or Electronics Manufacturing Industry, preferably in Aeronautical sector.
Professional Skills:
Experience in Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
Experience in 5S, KAIZEN and Statistical Quality Tools.
Should be able to work in multifunction team, and should be polyvalent.
Proficiency in MS Office. 
Personal Skills :
Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Must be fluent in English, knowledge of French / Hindi Language is an added advantage.
Desire to own decisions and take responsibilities for outcomes.
Willingness to travel abroad on necessity.
