Job Specifications:

Must have minimum 3 - 5 years parts experience.

Good Communication skills in English.

Must have graduate degree holder.

Job Description:

To ensure all quality processes are implemented and adhered .

Ensure documentation of repairs, usage of correct labor operations and parts, accurate clocking, etc.

Responsible for implementation and execution of internal warranty audits on a monthly basis.

To implement a random inspection on completed work for damage and dirty marks.

Liaise with the shop floor and report to management as and when quality gaps are observed.

To conduct a regular warranty self-audit to ensure process compliance.
