Quality Control / Medical QC

Job Description:-
•Planning, management and control of activities pertaining to Quality Control based on the work requirement.
•Plans and supervises execution of Quality Controls tests as per specification.
•Preparing and/or reviewing of SOPs, documents and records pertaining to QC.
•Preparing and/or reviewing specifications of sampling, and testing of raw material, intermediates material, finished product and packaging material.
•Control of analytical file for each final product processed.
•Planning and execution of environmental monitoring program.
•Preparing analytical method validation & kit validation protocol.
•Responsible for recommendation of storage, testing and release of finished product.
•Ensure incoming material sampling/inspection, testing and reporting as per SOP.
•To ensure that availability of correct product specifications as per the customer requirement are available for control of Quality.
•To ensure that a daily Quality control records are updated and maintained.
•To review QC test data sheets.
•Investigating out of specification results & implementation of CAPA.
•Responsible to ensure availability of test data & final certificates with immediate effect to avoid any delays in sample release.
•To ensure that all the important documents and records having a business impact are kept confidential and timely handed over to QA.
•To maintain all records & reports pertaining to incoming materials and final samples. (hard & soft copy).
•To impart on the job training to newly joined & existing employees as per the schedule.
