Job Title / Designation: Quality Checker

Job Description:

Major Responsibility:

• Preparation and documentation of specifications for raw materials, packing materials & finished products.

• Monitoring administrative, functional and in-process quality control activities.

• Designing, developing and validating new analytical methods, process validations, bottlenecks eradication and troubleshooting

• Compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP guidelines, FDA & other local & international regulatory bodies.

• Handling customer complaints by root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery as per set timelines.

• Method development for standardization of herbal extracts by HPLC and HPTLC

• Accountable for entire gamut of Quality Assurance functions including Corporate Quality Assurance, SOP, Change Control, Deviation, OOS Handling, Validation, Qualification, Training Management, Recall, Complaint Management, Query Management, Internal and External Audits, Vendor Audits, Documentation Control, Batch Authorization, Technology Transfer, Periodic Product Quality Review.

• Review and Approval of Prerequisite Program and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Plan (HACCP) of products.

• To handle regulatory and customer audits and audit compliances.

• Adept at resolving problems encountered during various stages of production and giving valued proffers to ensure non-recurrence of the problem in future.

• To prepare and review the action plan to address the various regulatory and customer requirements.

• Timely interactions with suppliers and management regarding quality performance and quality issues.

• Provide assistance to other location’s Quality Assurance activities.
