CRM Usage.
•Perform analysis on calls and identify issues.
•Find technical solution for Top Call Drivers and Unresolved Issues.
Motivate team members and give them feedback to improve Call Quality.
•Ability to aggressively pursue improvement in Call Quality Score.
Ensure defined productivity targets are met on Weekly / Monthly basis.
•Share Emails and MIS of assigned team members in defined format.
To ensure correct communication towards team members
