The
quality analyst will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of
completed work processes, reporting findings and providing feedback to
team members.
Operational Responsibilities:
Conduct quality reviews based on prescribed sampling algorithms
Compile and report results to managers, team leaders and team members
Analyze findings from QA reviews and identify trends, quality deficiencies and areas of risk.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of daily work to ensure high quality is maintained.
Communicate deficiencies, risks or other noteworthy findings to managers and team leaders.
Assist and engage in problem-solving on production related issues with team members, as required.
Willing
to work rotating shifts and workdays based on agreed schedules in order
to meet operational and departmental objectives.
