Quality & Testing Head – EHV Transformers
Experience – 10 – 15 years
Education: (B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical) OR (PG- MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, M.Tech – Electrical)
Job Description:
Monitoring Incoming, In process and Pre dispatch Inspection of Material / product including inspection at Vendor Site.
Monitoring Testing activity at In process and Final stage of the Transformers.
Reduction of in process and final rejection.
Departmental Budget planning.
To ensure timely Calibration of measuring and testing Instruments.
QA manpower handling, team building and their skill up gradation by arranging / providing training
To ensure technical audit of the products to enhance overall quality of the product offered to the customers.
To act as MR and ensure various audits like ISO, OHSAS etc
To update all ISO documents for design, testing, calibrations, quality processes and their implementation and ensure documentation of the same.
To train and mentor his assistant as dy MR
To conduct internal Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit.
Coordination with external certification body
Submission of MIS on Monthly basis.
