- This person should work as Senior QA Test Enginner owning the testing of To be described
- Eurofins products.
- Perform manual testing of desktop/web based applications, web services
- in a clientserver environment.
- Capable of preparing the test strategies and test plans for the project.
- Adhere to the test strategies and test plans to ensure that product
- delivered is of high quality.
- Ownership of module/functionality, plan & monitor the testing activities
- based on the Project plan.
- Support Test Automation engineers in identifying the priority based test
- cases to be taken for automation.
- Perform Sanity, Functional and Non-Functional testing.
- Work collaboratively with all stake holders like Development, QA, Project
- Manager, BA and onsite teams.
- Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues andissue deviation from SOPs etc.
- Meet schedules and deadlines as per the project requirements.
- Responsible for status reporting and communicating with the QA
- Manager.
- Very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC process.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge in Test Management process.
- Experience in functional as well as performance Testing (Load and
- performance)
- Experience in web services automation using tools like SOAPUI, Fiddler,
- JMeter etc.
- Prior experience in testing LIMS applications will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of working on any test automation tool will be good to have.
- Good DB, SQL knowledge.
- C# programming experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in TFS/MTM would be appreciated.
- Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies.
- Personal Qualities:
- Very good English communication skills (concise writing and orally
- convincing).
- Ability to work in a complex international environment.
- Responsive problem solver, self-starter and proactive actions.
- Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical
- capabilities.
- At ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of
- technologies (documents and forums, phone, chat, e-mail).
- Excellent analytical skills which allows him/her to quickly identify gaps in
- specifications and code.
