Job Title / Designation: Purchasing Officer

Job Description:

• To attend and assist all purchase requisitions from Plumeria Maldives hotels and other properties managed by the company.
• Update and monitor all purchase orders, pending requisitions, delivery notes etc.
• Gather purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders.
• Produce and maintain all reports.

Specific Skill Set:

• Computer literate & Able to work with Easy System
• Flexibility to work long and odd hours.
• Possess good interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English language.
• Pleasant personality meticulous, detailed, well‐organized, able to multitask and able to work independently to meet company requirement.
• Motor bike driving license

Travel & Allowance: Meal Allowance, Accommodation, Arrival ticket to the Maldives, Annual return ticket upon completion of 12 months
