Purchase Coordinator

1) Vendor Development
2) Vendor Material Follow up
3) Forecast Procurement Needs
4) New product development
5) Material rejection and product costing
6) ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like- cost, quality, timely delivery and development of new vendors.
7) Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
8) Monitor supplier/ vendor performance based on lead-time, delivery, quality and rejections, change scope of work if necessary to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
9) Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
