Project Manager (Oil & Gas EPC)

Qualification:control and safety systems (i.e. Rockwell Automation, Yokogawa, GE, HIMA and Siemens systems)

• Bachelors in
  Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
  

 Experience:

•  8 – 10 years of
  experience as Project Manager in Oil & Gas sector
  

Skill and Competency Requirements:

Technical knowledge of 

•         
Experience in handling
multi-million dollar Automation EPC projects

•         
Experience in handling
commercial and contractual meetings

•         
Project team
management and leadership skills

•         
Excellent English
Communication skills

•         
Planning software
knowledge is mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:

•         
Manage all aspects of
client interface to ensure the smooth and successful running of the project and
maintain client’s satisfaction

•         
Monitor and maintain
the project progress

•         
Be fully aware of the
project’s technical and commercial aspects inclusive of the contract’s terms
and conditions

•         
Provide guidance and
support to the Finance Department in ensuring timely invoicing and collection
of all due payments

•         
Apply effective
measures in ensuring that the contractual scope of work is covered and any
changes to scope or variations to scope are addressed commercially in line with
the respective contract terms and conditions

•         
Oversee and
continually review all schedule and planning aspects of the project to ensure
timely completion

•         
Coordinate with other
departments and top management to ensure the smooth running of the project

•         
Ensure all materials
required for the project are procured in a timely manner without affecting the
cash flow of the project

•         
Supervise the project
team members
