Job Description
Designation/Department - Project Manager MEP Services
Location – Delhi
Reporting To - Project Incharge
Objective of the position
Responsible for execution of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing establishments of the residential as well as commercial project including handing over while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, safety and HSE requirements.
Work Experience
Essential: 12 – 15 years experience in construction of residential/ commercial projects working for service contracting companies
Technical / Soft Skills required
Knowledge of Technical specifications of MEP
Implementation of safety procedures
Solution provide
Effective Coordinator
Intrapersonal & Active Listening Skills
Ability to work on MSP, Auto cadd, MS Office
Key Results Areas
Estimate, manage, plan, and monitor the electrical aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Full responsibility of smooth functioning of all elctro mechanical services.
Prepare bar charts for all building services like Electrical HVAC, Fire fighting.
Schedules of the project services, Access control and security systems, PNG/ LPG systems etc.
Preparing building wise schedules for quantities and materials.
Necessary co – ordination with all relevant departments in the Head office.
Provide estimate of cabling work / layout and give requirement of cables.
Checking material specification.
Ensuring smooth project closure activities like surplus material, resources reconciliation, commissioning certificate contractor retention money etc.
