• develop and deliver a project management encompassing all the details of a project to the team members.
• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to technology solutions
• Ensures that solutions delivery goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
• Familiar with and monitors all major solutions activities, ensuring the cost, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across the enterprise
• Consult with management and review solutions proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing solutions, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
• Develop solutions technical plans, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
• Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of solutions delivery.
• Identify and schedule solutions deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure solutions delivery progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Provide feedback to establish standards and procedures for solutions delivery reporting and documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical and solutions delivery documentation.
