Project Manager - Civil Structures

e are looking for a candidate with the following attributes
1. Professional skills:
a. Masters in Structural engineering
b. 0-12+ years of experience in engineering design of Bridge Structures for Infrastructure projects (like Metro, Airport, Highways, etc.) which includes; Analysis and design of Superstructure (RCC & Pre stressed), Super T Structures (pretensioned, prestressed, precast concrete bridge girder)
a. Working experience on International projects (like Australia, Middle East, UK, etc.)
b. Hands on experience on structural tools like; Staadpro, Midas, Lusas, ETABS, SAFE
c. Good exposure on European, American and Australia structural codes
2. Team management skills:
a. Approachable and actively motivate team, promoting positive team work
b. Coaching, mentoring team members and act as role model
c. Working across teams and functions undertake specialist roles which require the experience and knowledge of a team leader/manager.
d. Support fellow team leaders/managers to achieve deadlines
e. Demonstrate drive, determination, enthusiasm and an ability to work effectively as a member and leader of a team.
3. Job Description:
a. Coaching and mentoring the team
b. Project tracking and resolve road blocks as and when required
c. Interaction with customer to understand scope of work, estimation, schedule, resolve queries, alternate proposals, etc.
d. Performance measurement of the team
e. Ramp-up team as per project requirement
f. Building technical skills as per project requirement
g. Ensure to meet project schedule and quality as per commitment
h. Interdepartmental co-ordination
