Must have Minimum 12-15 years post qualification experience plus with at least 4-5 years with a contracting company in middle east as Project Manager.
Must be B-Tech /B.E Civil Engineering.
Job Description:
Capable of managing independently a business portfolio of around A ED 60+ million civil works.
Develop and administers the project budget and controls expenditure to ensure the budget profit is achieved.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project.
Review &monitor the project planning and review of progress against targets set.
Establish the project construction methodology with the project team.
Control the value engineering, design, sub contractor and material selection.
Enforce the construction program for follow-up and corrective measures to be implemented where necessary during the project work.
Direct phasing in all operations that are part of the entire project.
Co-ordinate the work of all in-house staff, suppliers and sub contractor.
Ensure that the works are installed to the specifications, quality and other requirements detailed in the contract documents.
Monitor expenditure against the project budget
Ensure instructions are received for additional work and the value agreed with the client.
