Desired Qualification :
• Must have experience in Institutional/Industrial Commercial Projects & knowledge of Autocad is must Township project exp is must
• Complete responsibilities of the smooth working of project.
• Responsible for planning, organising, monitoring of construction, quality.
• Must have knowledge of RCC.
• Good Man management skill.
Technical Qualification: Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering
(AICTE approved) ,
Total Years of Experience : 15 to 20 years post-qualification.
Relevant Years of Experience : Candidate should be from Hotel, Hospitality,
Mall or from Maintenance Sectors.
Roles and Responsibility :
• Timely execution of the project within Cost & Quality parameters.
• Study the Contract documents like Specifications, B.O.Q and drawings thoroughly.
• Preparation of Pre Start Budget.
• submit weekly / monthly reports.
• Finalisation of the Construction program in consultation with the Planning Department.
• Co-ordinate for all requirements for drawings, materials, manpower, transportation.
• Verify all drawings and documents for discrepancies and obtain clarification, if any, from the Consultant.
• Demonstrate Management commitment to Safety. Ensure objectives and targets for incidents are met.
• Coordinate with technical and design department for calculations and design reviews.
• Laisioning with consultants, contractors and suppliers for queries to be addressed.
• .To develop Strategic Plan and to generate data for corporate facilities for the Environment, Health & Safety.
• Prepare Disaster Management plan.
Gross Salary : 10 to 14 lacs
