Project Lead (Non-Technical)

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: 

• The incumbent has the responsibility of executing a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline. 
• Should have excellent management skills to coordinate with the team and also with the clients and Freelancers / mystery shoppers.
• Train and guide both team and freelancer / mysteryshoppers to perform the audits as per client requirements
• Follow up with freelancer / mystery shoppers to ensure reports are submitted within due date
• Making sure that the assignment timelines are strictly followed.
• The incumbent should have knowledge about international job portals.
• The applicant should be prompt in handling client queries.

Specific Skill Set: 

• Strong communicator with ability to articulate ideas, both written and verbal
• Basic strategic and tactical marketing skills
• Ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and with minimal structure
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Access, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
• People management and team handling skills.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2 - 5 years

Location(s) of Job: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation / Work experience
No of rounds of Interviews: 5 (Telephonic, HR, Dummy audit, Operations head, MD)
Work Timings: Monday Friday (10 am 6:30 pm), Flexible working in weekends, MANDATORY
Languages: English, Hindi, any South Indian language and others
