Project Inspector

Requirements:
Secondary certificate or related degree.
Technical qualifications and certifications as project inspector.
Not more than 35 years old
Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Materials industry
Knowledge of construction practices, materials and equipment
With good communication skills and attention to detail
Holding valid UAE drivers license
Job Description
Review and proofread specifications, procedures, status reports, and correspondence between engineer and contractor
Establish and maintain files, daily reports and contractor daily reports
Monitor contractors operations to ensure compliance with plans, contract terms and specifications
Coordinates and schedules various phases of construction inspection with the prime contractor and other agencies
Advise contractors of violations and recommend adjustments to operations
Verify amounts of stored materials on site pay records and ensure proper storage and usage.
