Job Description :
1 ) Project Management
o Coordination with site team people for construction drawings issued
o Coordination with Subcontractor Awarded for each parties scope of work during site meeting – monitoring progress work is correct and ahead
o Monitoring of machinery, materials, manpower & methodology (4M) planning –with discussion & cooperation by site team peoples
o Comply all documentation of paper work required during construction period for filling purpose (Convenient for checking & tracing back record 2 ) Client and Consultant
o Check discrepancies of Construction Drawings
o Check & write in “Request of Information (RFI)’ Letter of Technical
o Sample materials & shop drawing submissions to consultant
o Attend Site Meetings (For Discussion & Planning of Project)
3 ) Head Quarters
o Feedback & Report to Project Manager / Project Director of issues discussed & Happened at project Site & Client Consultant meetings
o Coordinated with Purchasing & Admin Department
4) Contract Department
o Prepare progress report during client consultant meetings
o To assist in prgress work claim for client (developer)
o To assist in progress work claim for subcontractor
o Taking Off Quantity & Calculation for Construction Drawing
