Program/delivery Director @ Bangalore

You will be responsible for the success & profitability of programs
15 + years of overall experience in the IT industry, 3-5 yrs in program management / delivery management.
Experience of managing large programs (10-15 Mn $ in AD / SI / Total Outsourcing space), around 20 Mn $ in AM.
Experience of managing Business Change Program of $10-20 million or Business Process Outsourcing of $50 million or prior Experience of growing Infrastructure in a company.
Should have been the primary leader of a significant cross functional change initiative across the organization such as a new service line, quality certification, Merger & Acquisition etc.
Consulting or Sales exposure
Good understanding of Business Process, Business Organization & broad understanding of contractual terms and legal implications.
Operational knowledge about activities that create value for the customer such as Off shoring model, Global program management, consulting processes, way etc.
