      - This individual must make sure that all requirements, such as service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), financial targets, penalties, and incentives are clearly contained in the contract documents, such as the statement of work (SoW), the contract, and supporting attachments and addenda.
      - The individual will also be responsible for managing the compliance to the contract documents. The PM drives best practices and monitors value realization.
      - This individual articulates and executes a roadmap to achieve financial objectives, addressing P&L budgeting, budget adherence, invoice approval, and ad hoc cost analysis.
      - The PM will monitor, measure, and report on the quality and performance of outsourced providers to ensure that iconectiv receives excellent service and the

      Location : Position will be based in Gurgaon, India.

       sites in Bangalore on a frequent basis. Travel to the USA will also be required on a regular basis.

      Key Responsibility Areas :
      - Execute business process outsourcing plans based on company's strategic direction
      - Ensure service level agreements and metrics are achieved per governing contracts/statements of work
      - Execute road-map to achieve financial objectives - P&L budgeting, budget adherence, invoice approval, and ad hoc cost analysis
      - Drive best practices, implement process improvements, and monitor value realization
      - Ensure standard operating procedures are documented, updated, and accessible
      - Drive development of statements of work, amendments, and other contractually related items as required to support programs including drafting language if/when necessary
      - Lead contract change process, including facilitating/coordinating
      - Track completion and/or adherence to all contract deliverables and obligations
      - Serve as escalation point for contractual disputes and interpretation and on-going contractual adherence
      - Facilitate resolutions of all contract-related issues, as well as interpret and clarify contract elements with legal partners
      - Ensure new

       on-boarding and transition activities are executed successfully
