• Graduate in any discipline, diploma in Journalism will be preferred
• Experience in using social medial tools to create online communities
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Background in media, online Marketing will be an added asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional team members to produce content as per client requirements
Manage customer expectations
Facilitate communications and manage escalations between clients and assigned resources.
Provide feedback to assigned team - documentation quality, accuracy, formatting, and completeness
Manage assigned projects – oversee project timeline, assignments, selection, presentation and layout/production needs
Provide developmental editing for assigned projects, including editing for content, tone, consistency and competitiveness
Ensure that documents meet established standards for content and quality
Manage the vendor registration process with all existing and future customers
