Teaching and Learning
- Each faculty member is expected to maintain the highest personal standards of character and conduct, to keep abreast of his or her academic discipline through continuing study, research, and/or participation in the activities of his or her professional organization, to strive to improve the effectiveness of his or her teaching, to take a sympathetic interest in the progress and development of each of his or her students.
- Providing respect and support for the development of students as individuals and thereby contributing to creating the unique Bond experience for students in their learning.
-Providing approaches to learning that influence motivate and inspire students to learn.
- Encouraging regular and effective consultation with students.
- Each faculty member is expected to continue to teach until the end of the session for which his or her services were engaged. Any faculty member who wishes release from his or her obligation to teach for the following session is expected to make a written request to his or her dean.
- Continuously improving their own teaching and learning, including developing a comprehensive teaching portfolio, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of learning and teaching across the university.
- Preparing high quality subject delivery and learning support materials using any web based platforms, electronic library information systems and other teaching and learning systems developed for use in the University.
- The candidates should be from South India.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Masters Degree in Architecture with First class.
Experience: 1-10 years
Skills: Excellent communication skills
