Job Description
The position is to ensure production planning, monitoring, and production targets are executed timely and effectively. Proper documentation is maintained as per laid down SOP and GMP guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervision of ELISA production area.
2. Supervision of production of all ELISA kits.
3. Handling the processing Microwell plate:-
a. Microwell plate coating solution preparation.
b. Preparation of re-agents for microwell plate coating.
c. Microwell plate coating.
4. Monitoring and checking of all the process involve in the ELISA production.
a. Washing/drying of bottles and caps.
b. Filling of all kit reagents.
c. Coding and labeling of all components.
5. Follow up and review of calibration and validation of machines and support utilities.
6. Preparation of all in-process components for ELISA kits.
7. Review and checking of BMR (Batch manufacturing records), calibration and validation Reports of all process and all related logbooks.
8. Preparation and compliance of all SOPs related to ELISA production and packaging area.
9. Supervising and monitoring of work of subordinates of the area.
10. Training to the workers of department.
11. Responsible for issuance of Raw Material, in process material and packing material from store.
12. Responsible for reconciliation of material after the completion of Batch.
13. Responsible for daily production report preparation.
14. Responsible for monitoring the rejection at every stage.
15. Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.
