1. Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target
2. Should maintain the confidentially matters.
3. Should improve and maintain the discipline in the factory
4. Should maintain the store management in proper way.
5. Do the estimation of raw materials.
6. Vendor Development.
7. Follow up with the vendors for the raw material.
8. Do the proper documentation of excise, bills, challans etc.
9. Monitor product standards
10. Set and meet production goals.
11. Implement and oversee quality control programs
12. Assessing project and resources requirements
13. Monitoring product quality in various stages of manufacturing from raw material to finished goods.
14. Should implement KAIZEN and SIX SIGMA.
15. Ensure safety measures in factory and train people regarding this.
16. Should prepare Processing Machinery production charts and targets and time Plan.
17. Identify problems, should present it to the management and take decision.
18. Overall handle the responsibility of production, planning quality, store management.
