Job Title / Designation:Production Manager and Merchandiser for Ladies Western wear

Job Description:

· Responsible for the direction and supervision of all goods produced in terms of absolute quality, quantity & cost

· Outsource production to factories and prepare purchase orders for vendors

· Plan and control production based on sale reports

· Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries

· Negotiate CMT with vendors

· Manage technical issues during sampling and production

· Co-ordinate with sampling department and ensure samples and patterns are getting made timely and stored safely

· Advise Quality team about quality levels

· Control the raw material, check fabric wastage and come up with solutions

· Prepare costing for every style

· Monitor sales and inventory levels

· Maintain inter department co-ordination

· Send daily reports to Directors regarding production progress

· Experience with MS Office applications is a plus
