Brief Description of the Role: The Product Specialist will be a key person engaged in conducting demos and installations and providing technical assistance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to engage with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as nurses, doctors, bio-medical engineers, etc. and conduct demos and workshops in order to train them. Support marketing and sales team with the extensive technical knowledge of the products. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities. Conducting training, workshops and sessions Engaging with hospitals and medical institutions for the inquiry follow ups Identify opportunities and conducting or participating in doctors ’ congress/medical conferences as and when required Be updated about the latest developments related to the product, business flow, sales process and market dynamic and keep abreast with the competitors' products and their strategies in the respected product categories Skills : Excellent communication & Presentation skills Leadership skills Excellent team work Analytical thinking and problem solving skills The ability to visualize complex processes and equipment Willingness to improve their knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis Motivation and enthusiasm Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Confidence and persuasiveness Education: B.E./B.Tech (Bio-medical) or Equivalent qualification in bio medical engineering Experience: 2 – 5 years (desirable) Freshers and candidates having less than 2 years of experience can be considered if they have exceptional skills.
