Profile Description:
The selected candidates would be
Responsible to deliver process training and skills development training as needed by the business for the new hire batches
Responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training programs.
Write literature and material/Content to be used in programs as and when required.
Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback for all trainees.
Work closely with operations for the betterment of the process and productivity
Aggressively drive Training and development initiative in the Process/Team
Ensure quality and consistency of training along with meeting required SLA
Take up small improvement projects/initiatives in individual capacity or in collaboration with different departments.
Position: Process Trainer
Eligibility:
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 2-7 years of experience as a process trainer
Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self Motivated and Confident to take up any task with strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills and effective Time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
Any Knowledge of or any experience in financial institution especially in broking entity will be preferred
