Process / FA Engineer

Job Description
DOA Process and Failure Analysis, Scrap Verification, Customer FA Request and Finding Solution, Line Process throughout yield, Preventive Maintenance, Repair and Planning Yield Improvement, Line Equipment Setup, Process Work Instruction and Simplification, Lean Improvement, Problem Solving.
Job Requirement
1) Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related area with 3-5 years relevant experience with a demonstrated understanding of PCBA & LCD technology in electronic or electrical.
2) Able to use problem solving tools to effectively resolve the issue and engage a permanent process flow to sustain
3) Knowledge in SMD component like BGA (Ball Grid Array), CCGA, SIPP module, LGA is value added.
4) Line balancing. Takt Time improvement and Cycle Time Reduction
5) Ensure all internal CAR and CAPA are resolved effectively
6) Dedicated to work expanded hours to support wherever it is needed.
7) Knowledge in data collection, analyze the data and perform root cause analysis
