The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for driving business using a variety of sales driven methods and techniques. This role will conduct a high volume of outbound calls,which require identifying the appropriate decision makers to retain / upgrade the particular products, gathering information about prospects, business needs, and making recommendations as next steps.

Responsibilities/competencies Out Bound Sales
Excellent Communication Skills
Working in a highly competitive and high incentive based sales environment
Minimum 1 year experience in US and or international outbound sales
Strive to meet goals in sales customer satisfaction
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Basic Knowledge on Networking / Telecom.
Good listening and responding skills.
Possess a drive to achieve goals
Generate leads and qualify high-quality business opportunities for the new business team
Serve as the primary resource for researching, contacting, and tracking of prospective clients
Accurately identify the most appropriate decision maker/influencer within target accounts
Upon contacting a prospective client, probe to understand business needs and have the ability to identify opportunities to pair those needs with our products and services
Secure key prospect information to identify qualified sales-ready leads, and others to be nurtured for future opportunities
Meet daily goals of dials and quality conversations
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge of basic computer operations.
