Job Title / Designation: Principle Technology Consultant

Job Description:

The Principle Technology Consultant is expected to be the main driver of all Solution Designing, Pre-Sales and Consulting efforts. He / She will own and deliver the C-PAR (see next page) exercise, build BOMs, manage OEM Partnerships and be the Technology PoC for all projects.

Areas of Responsibility: 

·         Develop, maintain and improve the detailed framework needed to deliver Comprehensive Platform Advisory Readout.

·         Lead and Provide mentorship to Technology Consultants, Associate Tech Consultants.

·         Build expertise in two or more of following technologies – VMWare (vSphere, vSan, NSX, vCloud), AWS (Compute, Storage, Networking and Migration), HPE (Blade / Rack Servers, Traditional / All-Flash Disk Arrays, SANs).

·         Building Technical Proposals, BoM.

·         Respond to RFP / RFI technical queries.

·         Manage and nurture OEM partnerships. Learn and implement new technologies into C-PAR

·         Design and maintain curriculum for ramp-up of technical staff (both Pre-Sales and Delivery)

KPIs / Objectives: 

·         30 - 40% conversion rate for all successfully completed C-PARs into POs.

·         45 - 60 day Ramp-up of all technical staff.

·         Execute a full C-PAR in 2 weeks or less.

Requirements: 

·         BE / MCA, preferably a specialization in Computer Science / IT.

·         Minimum experience of 5-6 yrs with atleast 3-4 yrs in a Pre-Sales / Solutioning / Architecting roles.

·         This role will involve travel

·         Able to clearly articulate and document customer needs (C-PAR Interview) by having short and impactful discussions with them.

·         Should be a risk-taker. We are looking for people who have a long-term goals. Should have the appetite to work in a start-up and take both risks and rewards in same stride.

·         Able to think outside the box and work boundaries.

·         Should be able to balance and manage what is best for customer and business.

·         Self-starter and a person who can find solutions rather than just state problems.

·         Atleast 1 Certifications / Accreditations in any 2 of – AWS, VMWare or HPE (in the areas mentioned above) is mandatory.
