Planning Engineer

Job Specifications:

Must have Minimum 6 - 12 years’ experience with at least 4 years site experience outside planning/scheduling role on general infrastructure, roads and bridges construction.

Should have good communication skills.

Must have degree in Civil Engineering.

Job Description:

Prepare baseline program for cost, time, manpower, materials & approvals.

Track progress of work and compare with promised time of project.

Advise speed of work to meet the deadline.

Forecast of programs for cost, delays, extension of time.

Must have work experience on Primavera software.

Shall have intermediate to advanced contract knowledge and be able to prepare, monitor and analyse contract programs Should produce and review reports for both project and management teams, identify and analyse delays

Should be e a self-starter and can work autonomously  to manage and mentor junior staff over multiple projects.
