dynamic personal assistant for assisting Managing Director who is willing to
travel in India and Abroad.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Handling Calendar Management of
MD - Fixing appointments and
arrangement of meetings - Arranging and Organizing of the
meetings - Secretarial Assistance to the
Director. - Keeping of routine
administrative mailing. - Organize and Coordinate
meetings, Conferences, Travel Arrangement. - To implement the policies
formulated by the directors. - Typing all type of
Correspondence, maintain data bases and collate Information. - Prepare
reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using
word processing, spreadsheet, database etc - File and
retrieve documents, records, and reports
